Twenty-one years of learning by building.
Based in Jaipur, my founder story began at Dell in Mohali, moved through Evalueserve and Paxcel Technologies, and led to creating Technicion, Aiisma, HeyOye and now a new venture in the built environment.
The beginning
The story started 21 years ago when I began my career at Dell in Mohali. My first entrepreneurship book was “Direct from Dell” by Michael Dell. That first chapter was followed by two more before I began creating ventures of my own.
Learning the work
From Dell, the path continued through Evalueserve and Paxcel Technologies. These were the chapters before entrepreneurship.
Becoming a founder
Then came Technicion, Aiisma and HeyOye. Each became part of a longer journey in entrepreneurship, with different questions, decisions and lessons.
The current chapter
Now I am building a new venture in the built environment. It remains in stealth.
How I work
I start with the real constraint. Then I reduce the problem to decisions, owners and a sequence that can be executed. The goal is not a longer strategy document. It is better movement.
What I value
Clear thinking, commercial honesty, direct ownership and quality that survives handover. I prefer useful truth over comfortable theatre.
